A snowboarder died on Tuesday December 24 in an off-trail sector of the Flaine ski area, in Haute-Savoie. According to the Chamonix PGHM, the victim had a fall and was stuck, head first, in the snow.
The 30-year-old died on Christmas Eve, in the resort of Flaine (Haute-Savoie). He was snowboarding in the backcountry.
