Haryana Budget 2026–27: Agri Discom, green climate fund

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday presented the state Budget for 2026–27 with an outlay of ₹2.23 lakh crore, unveiling a mix of agriculture, climate, employment, policing and infrastructure initiatives, including a dedicated power discom for farmers, a ₹100-crore green climate resilience fund and 20 per cent reservation for Agniveers in Haryana Police recruitment.
