HARRISBURG, S.D. — Commuters through Harrisburg will soon have a new paved option to get across town. The Harrisburg City Council on Tuesday, Jan. 20, approved the first step toward a future project to pave 272nd Street in full between Minnesota Avenue and Louise Avenue.
