NEW BETHLEHEM — Redbank Valley’s Mylee Harmon was a four-time winner while Cranberry’s Beatrice Kolesar claimed three titles at the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships, which were held Thursday at Redbank Valley.
