Happy Harry’s CEO named President of Wine and Spirits Guild of America

ATLANTA, GA – A North Dakota business executive has been named president of a national guild. Dustin Mitzel, the CEO Happy Harry’s Bottle Shops, both in Grand Forks and Fargo, has been named the president of the Wine and Spirits Guild of America. The guild is made up of wine and liquor retailers across the United States and Canada. The guild was formed in 1948.
