Component project 3 (expressway) of the Ring Road 4 project - capital region will contribute to reducing the load of inter-provincial vehicles passing through the inner city, especially on the already overloaded Ring Road 3.
On the morning of September 6, the Hanoi People's Committee started construction of the 113.5 km long component project 3 of Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, under the PPP form, with a capital scale of more than 56,000 billion VND.
