Hannibal Police arrest man for alleged methamphetamine distribution

HANNIBAL–Police announced the arrest of Patrick R. Allen, 36, on drug charges after securing a search warrant at a home in the 2600 block of Hope Street. The search happened last Friday and was conducted by the department’s Special Response Team, or SRT.
