- The woman drove a Dodge Caravan that collided with a Chevrolet Silverado at U.S. Route 89 and Secondary Road 565.
- The Dodge spun around, while the Silverado went into a ditch; MHP noted the road was clear, and both drivers used seatbelts.
- The woman died from injuries at Benefis Health System; the Silverado driver, an 18-year-old man, was not seriously hurt.
