A GRETNA man on a provisional driver’s licence has had his car clamped and will appear in court after being detected allegedly speeding in the Austins Ferry area yesterday (Saturday). Tasmania Police will allege that while conducting patrols in the greater Hobart area they detected the 20-year-old man driving at 158km/h in a 100km/h zone.
