The Attorney General of Michoacán, Carlos Torres Piña, said that the grenade launched at the National Institute of Migration (INM) was aimed at a foreigner of South American origin who went to the federal unit for a procedure. In a meeting with the media at the Mariano Matamoros theatre, he clarified that the grenade was not an attack directed at the staff of the National Institute of Migration (INM).
