GREENWOOD, Ind. — Court documents reveal that two people were caught red-handed with bolt cutters in a Greenwood storage unit complex as officers uncovered at least 10 units that had been broken into. Thomas Flores, 43, and Linda Shipman, 38, both of Indianapolis, are charged with three counts of burglary as a Level 5 felony along with a misdemeanor count of theft.
