GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) - A Greenville County man is facing two charges after a threatening letter was sent to a federal judge. According to the United States Attorney's Office, a federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment against 42-year-old Alvin Bernard Parks. Parks is accused of sending a letter to a United States District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina. In the handwritten letter, there were threats to harm the judge.…
