Greek Government: Better Protect Israeli Tourists

The Greek government of conservative Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has announced tougher action against pro-Palestinian activists to protect Israeli tourists. At the end of July, passengers on a cruise ship arriving from Israel were prevented from disembarking by protesters on the island of Syros. Minister of Civil Protection Michalis Chrissochoidis described the incidents as "racist" and "discriminatory" and called for consequences.
