Grant hires former Scandia, Lake Elmo, Forest Lake city admin

The city of Grant has hired longtime area city administrator Kristina Handt to be its new interim city administrator and treasurer. Her first day on the job was Monday. Handt takes over the position from Kim Points, who had held the position for 20 years.
