The threat of the American owners of Santa Bárbara Sistemas to leave Spain and take their licenses and patents to Germany with them, together with their headquarters in Madrid, has paralysed, for the moment, the plans of the president of Indra, Ángel Escribano, who wanted to buy at all costs the former Spanish state company, always in collusion with the government of Pedro Sánchez.
