Goleta Residents Briefly Evacuated After Gas Leak

Santa Barbara County Fire crews evacuated about 16 residents from a Goleta neighborhood Tuesday afternoon after a natural gas leak. The 1-inch gas line was reported ruptured around 2 p.m. on the 7100 block of Davenport Road, which is near The Plaza Shopping Center.
