VIDALIA, La. — Zu Jian Zhang, owner of the Gold Bowl Restaurant in Vidalia — not his wife, Qin Lin — is in the custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. Zhang was picked up while leaving his home in Ferriday approximately two weeks ago. According to ICE records, Zhang is currently being held at the Richwood Correctional Center in Richwood.
