Girardville approves Halloween parade, trunk-or-treat, no action on trick-or-treat - The Shenandoah Sentinel

GIRARDVILLE – Borough council here took action to approve two Halloween events, but there may not be a borough-sanctioned town-wide trick-or-treat night this year.
