Wages to be received by domestic workers in 2025 according to the laws in Mexico

Since last 2019, a reform of the Federal Labour Law (LFT) has been implemented at the national level, which recognized and guaranteed the right of domestic workers to receive a fair wage, as well as to enjoy the same labour rights as formal workers in the country. With this and based on article 331, it was defined who should be considered as domestic workers so that from this, the rights of each person engaged in this work can be established.
