Four young alpinists between the ages of 17 and 19 were rescued on Saturday evenings from Tyrol's highest mountain, the 3,768-meter-high Wildspitze in the Ötztal Alps. The Germans wanted to bivouac at the Taschachferner at 3,400 metres above sea level, but did not take into account the winter temperatures prevailing on the mountain, the police confirmed a report from the "Kronen Zeitung" opposite the APA on Monday.
