Men Earning More than Women in Scotland as Gender Pay Gap Rises to 'Staggering' Level

The mean gender pay gap in Scotland rose to 10% in 2025, a 20% increase from 2024, with private sector gap reaching 16%, according to the Scottish Trades Union Congress.
