Bridging the gender equity gap

A group of human resources specialists developed the “Salary Study 2025”, which analyzes more than 17,000 labor records in Mexico, and highlights the professional landscape currently experienced in our country, for example, that the wage gap between men and women persists. Research points out that, on average, men earn 31,025 pesos, while women receive 23,178 pesos for the same job, that is, there is a gap of 25%.
