GeenStijl: Why Does Staphorst Have so Few Plug-in Cars?

Interesting map of interesting Netherlands. The municipalities with the most and the least plug-in cars in the Netherlands. In the lead are the rich stinkers (oh no, no emissions) of Rozendaal, Wassenaar, Bloemendaal, Gooise Meren, Heemstede etc. And at the very bottom is the municipality of Staphorst.
