PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — The capital city's second-tallest building is slated for auction. One Financial Plaza, a 28-story skyscraper located in the heart of downtown Providence, will be auctioned off on April 10 at 11 a.m. The high-rise was first built back in 1974 and formerly housed the Hospital Trust Bank.
