Richmond’s ex-pastor found guilty of multiple sexual abuse of a minor was sentenced on Thursday to 7 years in prison. Victor Pineda Hernández will also have to pay the victim $100,000 and will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life, according to the District Attorney’s Office of Contra Costa County. Pablo Cifuentes, the victim’s father, said his daughter was 14 when Pineda abused her.
