The University of Tartu started the semi-final series with a narrow victory in front of a full house.

The semifinals of the Estonian Basketball Championship began with a 74:69 victory over TalTech/ALEXELA in front of the home crowd of Tartu University Maks & Mooritsa.

The Estonian Basketball Championship semi-finals kicked off on Thursday evening in the packed sports hall of the University of Tartu, when local Maks & Moorits hosted TalTech/Alexelat. Trad.Attack! set up a lively pre-game party, which gave the home team a boost, eventually winning by five points.
