Villanova Women’s XC Grabs Gold At Paul Short Run, Men Finish Eighth

This past Friday, Villanova women’s and men’s cross country teams traveled to Lehigh, PA, for the Paul Short Run race. The women took gold at the Paul Short Run for the first time since 2000, while the men finished eighth. The women finished first on the 6K course with multiple runners in the top 10, scoring 110 points out of a field of 40 schools in attendance. Bermudian runner Gabriella Cechini placed sixth at the Paul Short Run Presented by ASICS, held at Lehigh University.
