Joan-Benjamin Gaba, when, how and why did you start judo? I started judo being small. It was my mother who put me on judo, because I was a bit turbulent, so she put me there to walk straight. I was at the Trappes club at the time, and then I moved and I continued to the Sèvres club. When was your potential discovered? It was in Bretigny, at the Pôle Espoir Île-de-France, where I met Maxime-Gaël Ngayap Hambou.
