Full details on DIY waste charges at Surrey's tips as rates change

Nine of Surrey's 15 community recycling centres will accept limited rubble and plasterboard items for free on up to four visits over a four-week period. From September 1 neighbours can take up to two 50-litre rubble bags or one item no larger than 2m x 0.75m x0.7m per household to the tip for free. Anything above those limits will be charged at current rates.
