Fugitive runs off during Evangeline Parish traffic stop, still at large

MAMOU, La. (KLFY) -- One man has been arrested and his passenger, a fugitive, is still at large after a June 21 traffic stop in Evangeline Parish, authorities said. Walton Pierre Fontenot Jr., 49, of Mamou, is charged with obstruction of justice, accessory after the fact.
