USR President Dominic Fritz says that the government rotation is not the message expected by the Romanians, he accepts that the Union members are not alone in this government and that the PSD is the most powerful party in this coalition. He added that this rotation is an understanding that PSD has made with Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and that USR accepts it.
