Belém, Brazil, Nov 5 (Latin Press) Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira informed today that the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, hopes to sign on December 20 the trade agreement between the European Union (EU) and Mercosur.
