A podiatrist in Fresno and a sales representative from Clovis pleaded guilty on Monday to conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.  U.S. Attorney Eric Grant announced that Felipe Ruiz, 51, and Jose Gabriel Aguirre, 52, pleaded guilty.  Driving the news: Ruiz was a podiatrist at West Coast Podiatry Inc. A Fresno podiatrist and a Clovis medical sales representative pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud, U.S. Attorney Eric Grant announced on Monday.
