Fremont man accused of animal cruelty after video shows him having sex with dog

Jeremy Lippincott, a 30-year-old Fremont man, was arrested on March 18 on two charges of animal cruelty after police were alerted to a video showing him engaging in sexual intercourse with a dog.
The video, approximately four minutes long, was shown to law enforcement on Feb. 27 and depicted Lippincott leading a chocolate Labrador into a room.
Police identified Lippincott by tattoos on his legs visible in the video, and according to the affidavit, the dog did not attempt to resist the sexual interaction.
Lippincott admitted to being the man in the video during a March 8 interview with officers, stating he was "high on DMT", a Schedule I psychedelic drug that can cause hallucinations.
Following a March 9 search warrant execution at Lippincott's residence, three dogs were removed, and Dodge County Court Judge Francis W. Barron III set Lippincott's bond at $50,000 for his Class I and Class III misdemeanor charges, with a pretrial hearing scheduled for April 1 at Dodge County Courthouse, where he will be represented by a court-appointed attorney.
