Free concert at Talleyrand Park planned to celebrate project progress

BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A beloved singing group plans to reunite for a special performance to celebrate the progress on the Stage at Talleyrand project at Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte.
