The Franklin County Humane Society has announced that its center will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday as some of its staff members go to the bond appeal hearing for a man accused of killing his dog. The hearing is set to take place at 11:30 a.m. at the Franklin County Circuit Court.
