Foxboro officials testify on Beacon Hill about beefing up mandatory reporter requirements

FOXBORO -- Members of the town's Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Committee went to Beacon Hill on Tuesday to testify on behalf of legislation that, if passed, would beef up mandatory statewide reporting requirements to help protect children.
