Shillong, Oct 4: Four passers-by, including 3 minor girls, were killed on Friday after a mini dumper (ML05-AC-8447), which was coming from Jowai and proceeding towards Bhoirymbong, hit five persons at Thadrang village under Mawlasnai Out Post. The vehicle was carrying sacks of sand.
