Four people have appeared before an Accra Circuit Court for allegedly concealing 4.6 kilogrammes of marijuana in a parcel given to a traveller for delivery in Qatar. The traveller, David Vouganye, was arrested after authorities in Doha, Qatar, found the suspected narcotic drugs hidden among food and personal care items in the parcel.
