Fort Sask RCMP say faulty keyless transmitter at blame for push-start interference – Heartland News

Shortly before noon on October 6, Fort Saskatchewan RCMP received a report that a frequency was interfering with push-start features on vehicles around the area of 94 Street and Highway 21. Fort Saskatchewan RCMP investigated the incident and found that it was a non-criminal occurrence caused by a faulty keyless transmitter device. The owner of the vehicle with the faulty transmitter was contacted and it was deactivated.
