FORT PAYNE, Ala. (WHNT) - A man has been arrested after an 18-year-old was hit at a crosswalk on Wednesday, according to the Fort Payne Police Department. According to police, a man was hit at a crosswalk on 45th Street Northeast around 4:50 a.m. Wednesday. He was taken to Erlanger Hospital by ambulance. FPPD said that 22-year-old Kedrich D.
