Former Minister of Agriculture and former DPS MP, Petar Ivanović, was arrested for yesterday's incident on Blažov Bridge in Podgorica when he first "cut through" a convoy of vehicles escorting Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, and then followed the convoy, insulting security officers, all the way to the Government building, the Police Directorate announced.
