Former Mecklenburg County judge arrested after failing to appear for cocaine charges
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A former Mecklenburg County judge wanted on drug and failure-to-appear charges was arrested Tuesday. Court and jail records show Charles “Casey” Viser was “arrested or surrendered” to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police at 12:15 p.m. after failing to appear in court as required under a prior release order.
