Former Goose Creek Mayor James M. Richards dies at 93

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) – James M. Richards, the fourth mayor to serve the City of Goose Creek, has died at age 93. The city said in an announcement on its website that Richards died Sept. 4 in Baytown, Texas.
