PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Former Coventry town councilor Robert Delellis appeared in court today for his arraignment on a DUI charge. According to Rhode Island State Police, on September 24, Delellis was driving under the influence when he was stopped in East Greenwich.
