The Court of Appeal has ruled that the permit for dumping of mining waste in Førdefjorden is invalid, and the state has appealed the case to the Supreme Court. Tomorrow, Monday 13 October, the Norwegian Association for the Protection of Nature and Nature and Youth in Sogn og Fjordane will meet with the District Court to stop the dumping until the case is resolved.
