GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WCBD) – Significant flooding impacted Georgetown and surrounding coastal communities Sunday morning. Emergency officials began reporting rising water Sunday morning, which was prompted by rain and gusty winds associated with a coastal storm and high tide.
