Flight From Rio to Lisbon Cancelled After TAP Refused to Transport to the Cabin of a Child's Dog Care in Portugal

In Rio de Janeiro, a TAP flight to Lisbon was cancelled after the company refused to take the dog of assistance of a child with autism, which was waiting for him in Portugal.
