The Barbados Meteorological Services (BMS) has issued a flash-flood warning for northern sections of the island as unstable weather continues to produce heavy rainfall this afternoon. According to the BMS, excessive rain is already causing flooding in low-lying districts, with runoff from higher elevations expected to worsen conditions.
