Dani Caldeira moved from Brazil to Manitoba in 2023 to serve as a pastor in a small community. Her son, now almost 15, was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at age two. In his case, this means he is non-verbal, unable even to communicate when he feels pain or thirst.
